Choosing a life of spirituality is a way of seeking peace and purpose for your life.
There are many different daily practices that you can incorporate into your life to become more spiritual. This blog explores three spiritual practices that anybody can try.

1. Tarot cards
Tarot cards are a wonderful form of spiritual practice. A standard tarot card deck holds 78 cards. Some examples of tarot cards in the deck are The Empress, The Tower, Eight of Wands and Knight of Swords.
There are many ways to use tarot cards. You can either give yourself a reading or ask a friend to do one for you. Or perhaps you would prefer to go to a professional tarot card reader.
For me, I prefer to give myself a reading. I simply ask the universe a specific question, and pull out a card from the tarot deck. Then, I use the tarot booklet to interpret what the card means, which finds me my answer.
2. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a beneficial spiritual practice for your well-being. To put it simply, mindfulness involves being aware of the present moment which enhances calmness in your day. Mindfulness works by shifting away from other thoughts.
For example, instead of having your head on your phone on your walk, instead, take deeper breaths and pay attention to the nature around you.
This can have a positive impact on the realignment of your chakras and reduce your stress levels.
3. Manifestation
Spirituality can involve deeply focusing on your dreams and desires. Manifestation is the process of making your dreams and desires a reality.
To do this, you could set clear intentions by physically writing down your dreams. This could be in the form of scripting, which is where you write your specific manifestations down as if they have already come true.
For example, “I am so happy to be safe and living in my luxurious 5-bedroom house on the coast of Spain.”
The more specific, the better. The universe cannot give you what you desire unless you are clear on what exactly that is.
Choosing the right Spiritual Practices For You
There are a multitude of spiritual practices to explore, and this blog describes just three of them. Not all practices will be for you, but that doesn’t mean that spirituality isn’t for you.
Being spiritual means something different for everyone.
